a. The prize draw is open to existing wEinstein Solutions facebook page fans only.
b. Customers who refer someone to wEinstein Solutions will be eligible for the draw. They will only be entered if the referred
customer mentions their name when calling.
c. A referral is defined as introducing a new customer to wEinstein Solutions who received a paid visit for services.
d. One entry per referral? there is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make during the promotional period.
e. Customers in the same household are not considered referrals.
f. The prize draw opens on 1st of each month throught the month.
g. By entering the prize draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
h. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any referrals that are made where the referred customer does not give
wEinstein Solutions the name of the person who referred them.
i. There will be one winner, drawn at random shortly after the promotion deadline and notified by email by 10th of each
month. The promoter will send the winner a cheque for £50 each month. The judges? decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable.
j. The winner?s name will be made available on request.
k. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to
dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
l. The data collected from the entry form will be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw and for providing
its wEinstein Solution service.
m. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
